O projeto inicial era composto de 6 pontos de inje\u00e7\u00e3o (sugest\u00e3o cliente) e ap\u00f3s an\u00e1lise de fluxo na cavidade feita por nossa engenharia, identificamos que com este layout seria necess\u00e1rio utilizar uma m\u00e1quina de 2.500 toneladas, o que era invi\u00e1vel para o cliente.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s novos estudos, identificamos que com 11 pontos valvulados a press\u00e3o de inje\u00e7\u00e3o seria reduzida sendo poss\u00edvel utilizar uma m\u00e1quina injetora de menor porte (1.600 toneladas) alcan\u00e7ando o objetivo da redu\u00e7\u00e3o de custos na coincidia com a mesma localiza\u00e7\u00e3o da bucha de entrada do material.<\/p>\n<p>Para este desafio desenvolvemos uma bucha de inje\u00e7\u00e3o central onde o acionamento da agulha foi posicionado de forma lateral, evitando que o suporte do cilindro estivesse na mesma posi\u00e7\u00e3o da bucha acopladora (entrada do material).<\/p>\n            <\/div>\r\n
