The Polimold standard bushing are made of a material, process and hardness to resistant levels of friction and wear.
Available in standard diameters with different lengths. Are made with alternative materials such as bronze and graphite, that provide a better tool performance of die sets.

Below is the application table to the bushing: Short Bushing = BC/ Normal Bushing = BN / Long bushing = BL / Extra long Bushing = BXL.

How to order:
Specify the item with the prefix (BXC, BC, BN, BL or BXL) of bushing ang D1 diameter.
Bushing fixing scheme:
Besides 8620 steel, Polimold bushings are available in the following materials:
